Default Old Gabriel Max Litho w/National Gallerie Berlin

I got this Gabriel Max Litho from a storage unit auction I won (yes, just like on TV - stop laughing!). Looking at it closely through a magnifying loop shows it is a lithograph; there are no pixels or dots - and the frame is definitely old, as is the wood on the back covering it. It also has a raised stamp on the matting that says: KGL NATIONAL GALLERIE * BERLIN

A few questions - Is it rare? How many were made (I've researched it somewhat, but only found a few references to it, and only one that had the KGL NATIONAL GALLERIE stamp and they were asking about it also)?

How old is it?

What is it's value?

I appreciate any help; I'm new at the storage auctions, but have found some (I believe) great pieces of art - that have made me more appreciative of the ability of someone to be able to express what's in their mind or heart so beautifully onto a medium that others can enjoy.

Here is the link to it (thanks again all!):
