Unhappy Painting without any info.

I asked some of "experts" from my neighbourhood but without any luck.
I do not know about art anything so I can only ask if someone can help. For me it looks like original but I am not even an amateur in paintings.

I am no expert, but it appears to be in the Dutch 17-century style, not unlike this painting by David Teniers.

Having said that, this painting might be "original" in that it was hand-painted by an artist, but it is highly doubtful that it dates that far back. There are scads of paintings from the 19th and 20th centuries done in that Dutch Master style. An art appraiser or art gallery could give you more information about this specific painting if you think it might be old or valuable.
