I came across this painting on canvas. It's probably 24x36 inches.

First glance it seems normal, but then you notice the bound legs of the dog, the black and white duck with collar, the odd things hanging from the sky, etc.

It is signed by "J. Hodgkins"

I can't find ANYTHING about the painting or artist online. Does anyone know anything about it?
