I have a picture- pastel I think, of a street scene- light blue predominate, close street with 2 women in long dresses, white caps, Black ladies. There is one end of a word on one of the stores ERIE.
The view loks up, but also down the street and the artist name - what I can make out is:
bifey ?
wifey?
wiley?
