The title of the jpeg image ("saqueo_roma") indicates that it is a painting of the sack of Rome.

I looked the picture up using Google's reverse image search, and found it being used on several web pages, including this one in English, which describes the march on the Pope by Charles V:

This page also uses it, and in the mouseover text it says that the painting is by Pietro Michis. Don't know how accurate that is.

Thanks John!! That really helped me !!!

I researched in the italian google for "Pietro Michis" and i've found this website: http://www.treccani.it/enciclopedia/...Biografico%29/

According to the website the name of the painting in italian is "Scherani delle bande di Carlo V che depredano l’avello di Giulio II" something like "Charles' V soldiers pillaged the tomb of Julius II" from 1863, exposed at the Gallery of Modern Art of Turin.

The second page you indicated to me was essential to find this information. I'm very grateful.
