Hi All-
I have an enormous oil painting of a sun, signed...Jefferson. Oranges, purples and reds on black. I have always been curious about it and can't find anything because of the name. People who have painted Thomas Jefferson come up...and there is no other initial. Anyone have an idea of who this is? Thanks in advance for any info. Not interested in selling...been in the family for at least 45 years. Nancy |

Here's a tip... try searching for the exact phrase "signed jefferson" by putting it in double quotes in Google. Also you can try adding extra keywords like painting outside of the double quotes to see what comes up. I did find this painting, although my guess is this is not the same Jefferson. Thanks...with your help, I found the same painting for sale in Chicago...see link below if interested in seeing. Asked them if they had more info on artist...I'll see if they do.
