I believe it's called Broken Silence, and is by an artist who went by the pseudonym Vinciata. See this page for more details.
BTW, I found this through Google's reverse image search. |

please help me find this piece of art.
Hey im looking for a portrait of a guy who is picking somthing white off his arms. the look like eggs or golfballs, iv'e been looking for this painting everywhere but i can't find it so please help me!
