trying to identify a framed picture

I have a picture of a woman with a flower in her hair in a dress with a basket of flowers. Beside her is a young man with a musical instrument in his mouth playing it. They are seated under a tree with pink roses beside them. I was given this picture over 20 years ago and would like to know more about it.

It's probably not by him, but it's in the style of the French Rococo painter Jean-Baptiste Pater.

I have a copy of this. It is Francois Boucher - Shepherd Piping to a Shepherdess.

I was given this painting by my mother. It was given to her parents as a wedding present. I have a hard time making out the painters signature. I would like to learn more about it. Trying to attach photo.

Use the paperclip icon and don't forget to click "upload" once the file is selected. There is a filesize limit of about 500K, which should be more than adequate for any jpeg image.

Also, it's best to go to the main "Questions" forum page and click "New Thread", rather than adding a post to an existing unrelated thread.
