Did an artist from the 1700s - Sign name like this?
Hello-
We recently acquired a 1700s painting that I believe is signed in the foot of the little girl on the left side of the painting. It ver hard to say with cracks and dirt, but would an artist really sign like this? Does anyone know who it is? I see the letters A. PXXXXX Thoughts? Thank you!   |
