Question Avariella in oils

I just bought a painting signed "Avariella" at a yardsale. It is a print of an oil painting of a harbor scene with an abbey (not ruined) dominating at the left.

I like this painting a lot, and would be glad to know anything about the artist who signed it, and also the location of the seascape it depicts. For some reason I feel as though the scene is on the Barcelona coast of Spain, but really it could be anywhere by the sea where there might be an abbey and fishing vessels.

Please, does anyone know anything about this? I don't think the actual object is worth much more than the almost nothing that I paid for it. I just like it so much.

Thanks,
Apadenska

An image of the picture and signature would enable a more specific answer.

Kind regards,
Tim
