Bat Masterson portrait

Can anyone identify the artist? This is said to be of Bat Masterson, western lawman and gunfighter. Any comments appreciated

Well there are plenty of photographs of Masterson online. I didn't see one that is obviously the same hairstyle or the same mustache. There's a certain resemblance, but a lot of those 19th-century western types liked to groom themselves so that they looked nearly interchangeable, so it's hard to be sure.
