Hi there,
I picked up this painting (pics attached) in a little store in Chinatown, Vancouver as it seemed very out of place. I was hoping someone could help me ID the artist! Signature is in the bottom right corner "Winslow" painted in white. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks so much |

Here's an almost identical painting that was listed in eBay a few months ago, also signed "Winslow". By "almost identical", I mean I had to examine it carefully to make sure it wasn't the same item.

Also this person is asking about a similar painting signed "Winslow". If you scroll down you can see the discussion and there's a link to a photograph of the painting. It's basically a mirror image of your painting.
http://www.justanswer.com/antiques/5...ough-sees.html These duplicates, combined with the fact that you bought your painting in Chinatown, makes me think that it comes from a mass production studio in China. |
