Help with what this signature is
I am having trouble reading this artist name. I think it says 'New York 10-20-1958' but then I am having trouble reading the artist name. We think its FAR.... then we are not sure. I think it ends in tt. I have been googling it to see what I can find but I am not finding anything. We have 3 pictures but I attached pictures of one. Any help would be great thanks!

I don't know what the sig says, but it looks like a caricature of Queen Elizabeth.
