Question Need help finding the author of a painting...

Hello, my mother recently bought a painting of a mother holding her child on her lap while playing with a rattle or some kind of bell. This painting is just fascinating to me and I been trying to find the name of the artist or the title of the painting. It has a signature on the corner but I can't understand it it seems like Pierlielie or something along those lines.

According to the clothes of the painting it seems like the time period is somewhere between late 17th or early 18th century. She is wearing a long blue skirt with a flowery print and a white blouse with ruffles along the neck line and a pink bow in the middle. The baby is wearing a white little dress and you can't see his/her face, only the top his/her head, while reaching for the rattle/bell. Hope you guys can help me the curiosity is just killing me, I am anxious to know more about this interesting painting. Thank you in advance.
