I am looking for a picture I saw on a small postcard or reprint once ..

It's an old man and he looking outward remembering ...and in the painting are pleasant memories ... his Wife ... a dog ... a golf course green with flag i think ...I remember his head was in the lower right corner of the art and the memories filled the rest of the art ...

Can anyone help me find this .. I would like to give it to my father who is very old and LOVED his wife ...his dog ...and golf ..
