signed 'Pouf'? or 'Poup'?
I picked this up in a small shop in a suburb of Toronto. Where did it possibly come from? I cannot find any information reguard the signature and not quite sure if it is poup or pouf. Very brilliant colors though. Does anyone have any information on this piece or even just the artist?

Could be a Haitian painting or from one of the other country from the Caribbean. And the signature could be Paul.
