Default G. Winkelberg

I'm looking for information on this artist. I've seen two paintings with that signature on Ebay between sell for 2 -300 euros. The other painting I found on line was guessed to be a view of Dortmund boat yards. My impressionist style painting looks like a Dutch Harbor scene with small boats, cottages and some figures with traditional clothing. It has some age with a few cracks in the paint. Anybody heard of this artist? Thanks.

an example of G Winkelberg work with signature:

http://kleinanzeigen.ebay.de/anzeige...lberg/33922816

"Altes Gemälde v. G. Winkelberg" translated from German means Old painting by G. Winkelberg

another work by "winkelberg" (but not necessarily "G" Winkelberg, but this is indeed the case by closely comparing signatures)

http://www.ebay.com/itm/ws/eBayISAPI...6#ht_500wt_936

In the Description it states "He was born in Holland in 1916. He has many successful exhibitions all over Europe. His work can be seen at the Glaspalast Vienna. the museum of Johannisburg has bought some of his works. All this information is on the reverse of the painting. The size is 22" by 27" including frame."

In the title of the listing in the last link, it states "winkelberg oil painting / claude montier", but nothing is mentioned of claude montier in the description.

This is further explained in this link showing another of winkelberg works

http://cgi.ebay.it/OIL-ON-CANVAS-WIN... ht_500wt_935

In the description it states

"The actual size of the canvas is 20 inches high by 16 inches wide.
The wooden frame is 27 inches high by 23 inches wide.
The artist signature is in the bottom right corner, name plate on the front is missing letter "r" from his name.
The attached information on the back reads:
This is an original oil painting by G. Winkelberg
Year and palce of birth: 1916 at Winterswyk, Holland.
Art education: Art College Arnhem for 5 years and Art College at Paris.
Exhibitions: Arnem 1948, Urecht 1959, Liege (Belgium) 1952.
Residence in other contries: France and Germany. Futher information: Member of the Art Society in Arnhem. He also signs some of his paintings
under the pseudonym "Claude Montier"."

Both link are from different buyers and countries for that matter.

From Artnet a work of Claude Montier was sold in 2004 but you have to subscribe to find the selling price:

http://www.artnet.com/artists/lotdet...3099 CC770EBD

another "oil painting on canvas seascape – sig. Claude Montier" was sold for £65 in 2005

http://www.waltonandhipkiss.co.uk/au...ruary_2005.htm

lastly another Claude Montier SEASCAPE, oil painting was auctioned in 2004 but went unsold Start Price:250.00 USD Estimated At:500.00 - 700.00 USD
