Garage sale find

I picked up a set of 4 watercolor paintings but have been unable to identify them. They appear to be 2 fall and 2 winter landscapes with trees and farm buildings. One of the winters has a church, cafe, and what appears to be a model T type car. The artist's name looks like V. C something, maybe Cumming but I have been unable to find a match. Any help would be much appreciated.

You can upload a picture of the signature, which might help.

Note to anyone considering using Google to track down "V. Cumming": You might want to enable SafeSearch before doing so.
