I Need Helppppp

I purchased this oil painting from an estate sale and I love it! The only issue is, I don't know who the painter is or what the story behind the painting is. Can some one please help me identify the painting or artist? Thanks.

I believe it is one of the many "Burnett" paintings.

If it is a Paris street scene type painting signed Burnett on the lower right corner- It is a mass produced painting. There are a LOT of these out there. Think thousands. Could be made in Asia but they do look nice-so enjoy.

Thank you so much this is really Burnett, signatures is the same!! Yes I know the Asia made same painting but canvas on my painting old.
