Default Please Help ID Artist signatures

I purchased this oil painting from an estate sale and I love it! The only issue is, I don't know who the painter is or what the story behind the painting is. Can some one please help me identify the painting or artist? Thanks.

This one is quite interesting, although I can't begin to read that monogram or whatever it is.

The other painting you posted looks like very generic 1960s-style mass produced decorative art. I can't say who the artist is or what the value may be, but I've seen a hundred paintings just like it.

I can't even figure out where the letters are, much less what they say. When you can't tell whether the first letter is a "B" or an "M", that's not good. Maybe someone else can venture a guess.

I don't see anything in Google's reverse image search, so without being able to read the signature, I'd say that finding the artist would be a matter of luck.
