Default Help

I am trying to help my mother locate a painting a close friend of hers remembers from childhood. It was popular in the 1950s. It had a flag pole with a still american flag kind of hanging, not flying. There were a few houses. It looked almost as if a child had painted it, but not. It was a vertical painting and there were words across the bottom, something along the lines of "oer the land of the free". And help would be greatly appreciated. If anyone knows the name or artist, or even if they have seen the painting somewhere. Thank you!!!
