Looking for artist

Hopefully this is not the 3rd time I've posted this.....

Looking for artist for an item listed as 7669~Hanukkah-poster, most easily seen at recovery graphics web site.

It is used widely in religious blogs and would be enjoyable to find more art by the same person.

Google's reverse image search (use the little camera icon inside the search box of their image search) brings up a lot of places it's used online, but in my limited searching I didn't see any artist credit or indication where one can purchase a print. Maybe you'll have better luck.

Any other resources you can suggest? I'll continue to search but I'm not familiar with the best places to go.
