My grandmother once had a painting on her wall with two peasant looking women walking down a dirt road carrying sacks. The sacks were either slung over their shoulders or on poles. There were also geese in the painting. Can anyone tell me if they have ever seen this painting? What is it called? Who painted it? I looked once when I was young and I believe the title had something to do with either coming home or after a days work. Please help.

Can anyone tell me who painted The old mill in winter. I have the painting it was brought in bristol in 1991, im not sure if it was painted by an artist at the university. On the back of the painting there is a sticker that has the publishers name formular publishings it is limited to 500 mine being no 500 cant read the artists name but it looks like wttninren would be grateful for any information on this painting thank you
