watercolor painting
I bought a watercolor painting in nevada last year. It is 24x36 and has a clematis vine and a hummingbird on it, It is signed, however it is not readable. It also has an expensive frame around it, framed in Sandpoint, Idaho (wonderland photo). I am trying to determine how to identify the artist and it's value if anyone can help... Thanks so much Sharon
