What can anyone tell me about a landscape art piece signed only by TAYLOR. I bought a large painting at a yard sell and heard there were possibly a scan using the artist name "TAYLOR"

Scan or scam? I don't know if it qualifies as a scam, technically, but there's a widespread practice of paintings being mass produced in Asia and signed with non-Asian names. As far as I know they are hand-painted, but they're highly formulaic and repetitive, and the artists must crank them out at a rate of about one a day.
