Unknown Madonna Title/Artist?

I found this pic on Google Images from a pastor's Web site; it appears to be a painting of the Virgin Mary and child, but I don't know the artist or title. I e-mailed the pastor and he does not know either. Anyone?

It looks like the figures of the Virgin and child cut out from Caravaggio's Flight into Egypt with a veil added over the head of the Madonna.
