Help ID print of table

I recently purchased an art print, and I wish to know the artist and name of the piece. DESCRIPTION: Large, oblong print of a table on which seems to be the preparations for a party. On the table are vases of tulips, a tray of noisy-makers, pink plates and cups, and several rolls of ribbon. A glass bowl containing two gold fish is centered on table.

If you have a picture of it you can feed it into Google's reverse image search. Click the little camera icon inside the Google Images search box.

Or you can post it here, along with a close-up of the signature if you can find one. Use the paperclip icon for attachments.
