Please help identify artist & worth

I have done massive research online to try and find any info regarding a painting I've had for quite some time. It is a painting of a woman with long raven hair & no facial features standing in front of a table. The name & date are: 1978 D. Vickery. There is also a number - (7253) 101 on the back in the top right corner.

During my research, I kept getting links for a "Charles Vickery" whose paintings look nothing like mine.

Please, can anyone help?!?!

You can upload a picture by using the paperclip icon, or by posting a web link to the picture. The only thing I can suggest is to make sure it isn't Robert Vickrey. He's a talented portrait artist who also does figurative work that has little or no detail.

Thanks for the quick response John!
I did try & upload a photo but the site said I exceeded the max size limit amount; tried making it smaller to no avail.
Also, it is definitely not Robert Vickrey because the artist signature is “Vickery”.
(And if I could upload a photo, you’d see what I mean.)
I will try uploading another photo later today & hopefully it will lead to something.

Finally figured out how to resize photo of painting by D. Vickery.

Does anyone know what the artist's first name is or what this painting may be worth?

I would greatly appreciate any information!!
