Pls Help w/ Identifying signatures & any info

I have 2 art pcs that was given to me by my late grandma,however I know nothing about them nor can I even read the signatures. If
anyone can offer some information (such as, what the asian writing says) and identifying the artists signatures. This would be greatly appreciated.
