T wills info
Can anyone help with i.d on Watercolour I have? It is landscape and signed " T.Wills" last i heard was this could be Thomas wills Victorian painter from Birkenhead area in the Cionstable style. It has ben in the family for over 100 years. any help appreciated thanks
