My Mom has this set as her Facebook profile picture because it looks very much like her and would really like to know more about it and who painted it. After an exhaustive internet search I've decided to ask here, as it seems that users here are very knowledgable in this sort of thing. Any insight you could give would be greatly appreciated.

If you put it into Google's reverse image search, a lot of places where the image can be found online come up. Just go to Google Images and click the little camera icon inside the search box.
It may or may not be called "The Red Scarf", it may or may not have been created by Heaven and Earth designs. I'll leave you to hunt down the websites and figure out who the original artist was. |
