I am looking for any help with trying to get the value of the attached original painting from artist Paul Richards. Please help.

You can get some sample auction prices from findartinfo.com, possibly also artvalue.com and artinfo.com (clock on "Blouin Art Sales Index). If this is even the same Paul Richards. I don't know anything about the artist.

If you think it might be valuable, a professional art appraiser or auction house would be needed to give you a more accurate appraisal.
