Hello. This piece of art is on an old table that my grandmother has had for at least 40+ years. I have never been able to identify the piece and was hoping someone might be able to give me any information. Thank you in advance.

My first thought is Fritz Wagner. He was German.
Little is known about this painter. Christies is using 1902-1976 for the dates of birth and death but other sites are using 1896-1939. He suppose to have lived in Munich (Munchen)
