I have a watercolor of a fisherman standing in a stream, with the initials EBR in the lower right bottom.
I believe the initials stand for Edward Burdette Russel. Any info, however insignificant it might be regarding the watercolor, the artist's name; IF that is different the the EBR is greatly appreciated. I can send a digital image of the art.
