Could someone please help identify the artist? It looks Middle Eastern, dated 1967.

Hi,
I found this while out treasure hunting. I can't read the artist name. It appears to be in another language, possibly Middle Eastern.

The drawing is signed and dated 1967.

My file size is too large.
