Lightbulb image use/acquisition

I'm currently writing my own art history curriculum for elementary students. I'm on a shoestring budget and I'm trying to find the highest quality digital files of classic art works. I am aware of the main sites (artchive, Olga, artcyc., wikipedia, etc). I would like to reproduce them on a DVD to sell inexpensively (just to recoup my own expenses) and post them on my website. I'm trying to become educated on fair use rules and I'm planning on starting a non-profit organization. Any suggestions out there?
