Signed Oil on Board- Trying to indentify artist
I have a very small oil on board that is signed, but can't figure out artist. The painting measures approx. 5.25" wide x 7.25" high. It is a pastoral scene with cows. I am attaching picture and close up of signature. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
