I know this is pretty much a lost cause, but I wrote a poem in my english class about three years ago, about this painting. I don't remember the artist or the painter, and I can't find the painting image anywhere online. I'll share the poem with you after I generally discribe the painting. There's a man with a white beard and he's very muscular, it's an old painting and I remember gold sun rays and the man is posing near the clouds. Any help is appreciated!
Art poem Those sullen clouds cradling the strokes, made to be sun, son. Hair from the horse’s tail jealous, as it bleeds color. The relief begs out reflections of light possessing curvaceous, sexy, cumulonimbus. Even muscles, young white beard, protractor gold, 90 degree angle. Copper lays its bed, carved with genius hands. Method revealed in a dream. I'm sorry this is so random and undescriptive, I just really want to find this image =\ |
