Question Picasso silkscreen?

I have a what appears to be a Picasso print on silk or rayon, and I was told it was not a reproduction when I received it as a gift as a teenager. I have hung on to it in a frame in my bedroom for almost 20 years, and have never been able to find any info on Picasso doing prints himself. Does anyone know anything about this? The info about the original painting is below:
Title: Femme et enfant (Marie-Thérèse et Maya)
Location: Paris
Date: 22-January/1938
Medium: Oil on canvas
Dimension: 65 x 54 cm
Collection: Marina Picasso Collection

Thanks for your help.

You have a reproduction of a famous 1938 oil painting "Feme et enfant" 54 by 65 cm size.
