Arrow unknown title of Franz oil painting

I bought a landscape oil painting of a chalet on a lake with
huge mountains in the background. The signature Franz is in the
lower right hand corner. Can you give us more information about
this artist?

If you register a user id you can post pictures of the painting and the signature, using the paperclip icon. Sounds a bit generic from the description and my first thought is that it will be hard to figure out who "Franz" is, especially if you got this someplace like a yard sale or a Goodwill shop.

BTW, here are two other paintings I was able to find signed simply "Franz". You can look to see if they or the signatures are at all similar. Unfortunately neither listing contains an identification of the artist.

Arrow Artist "Franz"

Thank you for giving me two paintings to look at that were signed "Franz".
The signature on the still life looked similar to the one I have but I still
can't be sure. I will try to send you a photo of the landscape and the
artist's signature. Wish there was some information about any painter
with this name. Thanks so much for your time.
