Default Old Painting Dinder

Upon cleaning out the old homestead I found an old print that looks like it says Douklar Dinder in the bottom right corner and on the left corner it looks loke a copy right mark and M&Bolacq N.Y. The print appears to be on a mat material. I was not able to attached some pics of the print and writing. The picture is a view of looking down a small village street during the daywith a light blue sky and clouds and a figure of a person walking up the left side on a sidwalk. A red brick building with an awning and small table outside it is in the front right and a brown wooden building right next to it. Can you help me out with this. My great uncle was in WWII and lived with us. I think this may have been something of his or his parents. Thank You for any help you can give me. I will continue to try to resolve the problems with attaching the scanned image
