I am at a loss. Years ago, I saw a sample wedding invitation that had a reproduction of a painting on the front. I remeber it being in the brown tones, it was a bride & members of her entourage preparing for the ceremony. I am not an art scholar, so I can't say what era it is from. It looked to be--by the costumes worn by the subjects--from th 1700's to the 1800's, but then it could have been painted much later. I have searched poster sites, wedding invitation sites. Am I nuts?
