I also have a oil painting of a little girl, but she is in a red dress with a bow on the sided and lace at the bottom of her dress. Her hair is flipped on one side and a bow on the other. she has her right index finger in her mouth, and flowers in her left hand. It is only signed Mederios with no first initial. If anyone finds information, please contact me at email@example.com
Mine also has a number on the back of it stamped 638.
