Default Print from the Van Amstel Co of Culver City, CA

Can anyone identify this 36" x 60" black wood framed print numbered #136?

(Sorry, there was a glitch when user shirl42 added this thread, so I am re-adding it - John)

Don't know how far you've gone with this but it looks like Venetian scene and that would be my starting point.

Default Van Amstel Co.

All of van Amstel's serigraph's were on canvas and on the back were stamped serigraph. Van Amstel also had a library of prints and this appears to be one of the prints.

My mother has a painting by Detrich Grunewald and contains a label on the back of the painting with a handwritten #934 with the name Van Amstel Company Culver City, California. It's a floral design yellow, white, and green in color. The picture dimensions appear to be 19" x 15" without the frame. we have zero knowledge in artwork and we were wondering if this painting had any dollar value whatsoever. I have taken a few photos and would be more than happen to forward if it would help in my inquiry. My name is Ray and my email address is ray@pecos-inc.com

Thank you,

Ray A.

Re the original picture posted by John on behalf of Shirl42:
I do not know the picture but the location is the San Geremia church at the entrance to the Cannaregio 'sestiere' (district) of Venice.
