Chapel and Bischop

I was given a painting, but it is more like done in an arcylic painting. It looks like a small town with a Chapel almost like it is in spain in the front of the town and people there is a bischop with his rope standing. The only name on the corner is Mina. I have looked for the name and find lots of pictures but nothing like the one I have. I would like to find out more of the painting. Thanks.

Please can you post a copy of the painting. Maybe some clues in the picture.
