Carles Rios??? Looking for info on artist and a piece of artwork
I recently got a piece of artwork that hung in my father's house all through my childhood during the 80's. It's not on canvas, but rather something that is hard and the color of ivory. It's signed on the lower left hand corner by Carles Rios, but I am unable find any info. on it online. Can someone please help?
