Can Anyone Help me Identify this Oil Painting?

Can Anyone Help me Identify this Oil Painting?
I received this oil painting on canvas through an estate proceeding and I am trying to identify either the painting or the artist. In the left hand corner there appears to be either three initials that at first glance look like "Bye" with a hyphen over the "y", but it is hard to make out, it could be Jye or Byf or Jyf, not sure. I will try to attach some photos. Thanks!

I Have A Similar Painting With The Same Initials. Not Sure What The First Letter Is J Or E With The Yf. Did You Find The Artist Name. Thanks For Your Help Gary Call Me 7347523401

Your paintings are by the very popular french painter Marcel Dyf (aka Marcel Dreyfus). A lot of information with this name on Google.

Can Anyone Help me Identify this Oil Painting
I see the original post was almost 2 years ago. I have the exact painting and would love to know the story behind this. If anyone is willing to research this with me, please let me know. I wonder how many "copies" there are?

marcel dreyfus (dyf)
i have the same pic of claudine sitting at table wearing either blue or green overcoat with white shirt. I would like to know more about it too. my sister hated it and i loved it so she gave it to me and i have had it for about 7 years.

Cannot believe we have the same picture..
I was watching the antique show and wondered about my picture upstair in my bedroom--went online to inquire and cannot believe you have the same picture! Please, if you find out more information, please let me know

A wee bit of info regarding the artist as the Saint's link no longer works for me. His wife Claudine was his model in some of his paintings...one's posted above.
