Help Identify Painter 'Passer'
I purchased this painting which is signed 'Passer' and have had no luck finding out any info. on the artist. It's quite a nice looking painting in the post impressionist style and there is a cert. of auth. on the back by Collier Art Corp. listing the artist and title which is 'Fourth of France [or Frauce] hard to read... Anyway, if anyone recognizes this artist, your help would be greatly appreciated.
