Help with the name of this artist...
Hello. I have not been able to make out the name of this artist...does anyone recognize the signature? This is an original watercolor, and it measures 26 X 38 inches. In order to avoid the glare from the glass, I took the image from above. Thanks for your help in my efforts to identify this artist.
