Does anyone know who this was done by?
The frame is pretty new but the canvas in made by Anco Bilt, which I believe went out of business around 40 years ago. The media is pencil and textured oil (at least) with a heavy glazing.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Bruce   |
